In addition to holding the battle ropes, the anchor also allows users to do a variety of other exercises, including abdominal and core training. The Wall Mount can easily be attached to walls, which can be done in the comfort of your house or in the gym. This anchor will accommodate any rope or band up to a 1.5 diameter. Screws and wall plugs included.
